Specialist part

Instructors candidates will be tested from the point of music abilities, motion skills and coordination skills, which are essential to be qualified for physical recreation instructor training course with Fitness - modern forms of gymnastics specialization.

 
Condition of participation:
- minimum age of 18
- education at college level at least
- good health condition, making possible to practise heightened physical exercises (documented with medical certificate)
- corresponding practical skills,
- minimum 2 years of experience in the team of the same level as training course
 
TRAINING COURSE PROGRAM:
1. Lectures:
a. Fitness and physical recreation
b. Genesis of fitness activity and exercises composing of fitness
c. Exercises method and terminology
d. Classification of gymnastic forms of fitness
e. Theoretical basis of music
f. Fitness training principles
g. Training organization
h. Fitness instructor
i. Basis of fitness diet

2. Exercises:
a. Test /familiarity with steps, coordination, music/,
b. Reaching exercises /initial positions, motion skills, execution techniques/
c. Dance and music exercises,
d. Cardio forms /Hi-Lo, Fatburning, dance, HipHop, Afro, Latino, Aeroboxing/
e. Muscle forms /body sculpting, ABT, ABF, circuit training/
f. Mixed forms - cardio&muscle /step, TBC, magic bar, gimstick, body ball, interval/
g. Body&Mind forms /Pilates, stretching, TaiChi, body art, relaxation, joga/
h. Prevention and levelling exercises set
i. Forbidden exercises and risky exercises
j. Individual training lead
k. Seminar
l. Control thesis
m. Practise – 10 hours /participation in fitness training/

Attention! Training course participant is not able to individual training leading, because they have not corresponding certificate (Instructor Certificate) - participant  can observe training classes and and  takes part as  fitness club customer.
 
Positive grade after practical examination will confirms graduation from specialistic part.
